At RM Talent Management, we offer services such as artist bookings, event coordination, and consultancy. As our services are customized and time-based, please note the following refund guidelines:
1. Artist Booking & Event Services
- Once an artist booking or event agreement is confirmed and advance payment is made, it is non-refundable, except in cases where RM Talent Management or the artist is unable to fulfill the agreed service.
- If an event is canceled by the client after confirmation, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer rescheduling or a credit option at our discretion.
2. Exceptional Cases
In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions), we will work closely with you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
